Ms Rosalind Chan's classes are back! She will be teaching the long-awaited Wilton Intensive class and Squires Kitchen 3 & 6 days Diploma Course. 

The Wilton Intensive Course 1234

Catered for outstation students and those who wants to complete our Wilton Courses in just 4 days time. The course covers basic buttercream techniques, royal icing, fondant, gumpaste works, and sugar flowers. Students will also get the opportunity to learn stacking and cake construction.

Date : 3rd-6th April 2014

Fee : RM3,200-00

Time : 9.00am - 6.00pm

Course kits, books and certificates given. Students are required to bring selected tools. List will be given upon registration.

 

Squires Kitchen 6 Days Diploma Course (Advanced) 

Squires Kitchen (UK) Professional Diploma course is being offered again by our founder, Rosalind Chan, from 8th to 13th April 2014. ! ; This is a course that covers the A-Z of advanced cake decora! ting techniques.  Basic cake decorating experience required for this course.  Techniques covered include royal icing, Australian stringwork (extension work), figure modelling, brush embroidery, floodwork collar,  filligree, smocking, ruffles, gumpaste flower, folk art painting, ribbon insertion and many more.  This course is offered by Rosalind (Canada) who is the only authorized international instructor from Squires Kitchen (UK) to conduct this course.

Date : 8th - 13th April 2014

Fee : RM3,500-00

Time : 9.00am - 6.00pm

Course kits, book and certificate given. Students are required to bring selected tools. List will be given upon registration! .

 

Squires Kitchen 3 Days Diploma Course (Advanced) 

Students will be taught advanced gumpaste works and will be further guided with creation of cake based on their own design and ideas. Advanced gumpaste techniques and sugar flower foliage will also be taught in the course. For the final day, students will learn to assemble their creation similar to competition level. 

Date : 18th - 20th April 2014

Fee : RM2,000-00

Time : 9.00am -! 6.00pm

Book and certificate given. Students are required to bring selected tools. List will be given upon registration.

 

Macaron Class by Rosalind Chan

Don't miss this class taught by Ms Rosalind Chan where she will be using the french technique of making delectable macarons with our very own delicious secret recipe fillings. Register soon as place is limited.
