Payment Information :

Payment must be received in order to guarantee placement.
Registrations received with payment will be given priority.

Please note #1 : Once a class has reached its minimum number, you will be informed whether your registration has been successful or if you have been placed on the waiting list. In the event that you cannot attend a class as scheduled, please inform us as soon as possible so that those on the waiting list can attend.

Please note #2 : Class space is limited so please register early. Classes may be cancelled if the minimum number of students has not been met. Refunds will then be issued if a class has been cancelled, or you may apply your payment towards another class.

Please note #3 : There will be no refunds on cancellations or non attendance on your part. However, a replacement participant will be considered provided he/she meets the entry level of the class requirements, and a confirmation consent from you is received by ICCA prior to the commencement of the class. No Refunds will be issued once a class has begun.
